Creating a Communication Plan


A Communications Plan is necessary to organize the efforts of a group to achieve the desired change in housing policies or behaviors on a particular housing issue important to the community.
 
The Communications Plan establishes:
  • the goals to be achieved,
  • the activities that are required to accomplish the goals,
  • the resources necessary to implement the activities and
  • ways to measure success.
